Justin North

 

Justin North, from Australia, was named chef of the year in 2009 by Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide. He is the author of two well known book : Bécasse and French Lessons. He began his culinary career in New Zealand in 1992 and has thrived ever since. We are honored to have him in our kitchen. 

Jacques Reymond

 

Jacques Reymond started cooking at the tender age of eleven in his family’s Hotel in Corteaux, France. His culinary profile extends from Burgundy, Paris, Spain, and England to South America. We are delighted to have him as part of our staff. 

Mackezie Maunder

 

Born in Toronto Mackezie Maunder found her passion for cooking and baking in her parent’s restaurant. She has trav- eled the world in search of the best dishes ever known to man. Her travels have given her a wide range of culinary experience. She is a valuable addition to our team. 

Nicolas Poelaert

 

Nicolas Poelaert was born and raised in a small village called Cappellebrouck located in France. He attended chief school at age fourteen and completed his apprenticeship at Mich- elin’s star restaurant, La Meurerie, under the guidance of Alain Gelle. Mr. Poelaent’s talent is world famous and we are grateful to have him on board. 

Rosanna Arlee

 

Rosanna Arlee is a junior chef finalist and has been in many TV competitions like Hells Kitchen, Top Chef and even Cupcake wars.  After a few years in the bakery Rosanne went back to school and learned how to use non-gluten substance in her desserts. When she was done with schools she came to Miami where she heard of a bakery called Crèche Miami, where they make gluten free desserts. 

Karen Snow

 

Karen then went to culinary school straight out of high school and learned different types of gluten free recipes desserts and dishes. After 5 years of culinary school Karen a native to Miami moved to south beach and started to work at Créche Miami where she meets and helps people who suffer from celiac disease.

We are a group of Cubans and Nicaraguans that believe that food being served in bakeries and restaurants should be healthy. We believe that you should be able to enjoy your food and not have to be worry about what is the best healthy food to put in your body. In Crèche Miami we want you to have a variety of healthy foods to pick from without having to break your diet and still be able to enjoy the same food as everyone else. What we believe in  is costumer happiness and great quality. Our food and baked goods are made from the finest chefs around the world.
